Good to Know

• The hike to the giant sequoias may not be available during the snow season, generally November to April
• The one-mile (1.6 km) hike is challenging for people with impaired mobility and heart, knee, or back issues.
• The guide will contact you the night before for your exact pick up time.
• We will stop at a grocery store on the way to the park so you can purchase snacks and a picnic lunch if you would like.
• US Government Requires Non US Residents Age 16 and older to pay a $100 surcharge before entry OR have an annual America The Beautiful pass which they sell for $250 and is good at all National Parks. One Annual Pass covers up to 4 Non Resident Surcharges when traveling together
